Job Summary

Progressive Technology, a forward-thinking and innovative company committed to excellence and employee development, is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead and strengthen our human resources function. As a key member of the leadership team, the HR Manager will play a pivotal role in aligning our people strategy with business objectives, fostering a high-performance culture, and managing all HR operations in collaboration with our strategic partner, Delta.
Key Responsibilities
• *

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• *

Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues promptly and professionally.
• *

Manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the attraction and retention of top-tier talent.
• *

Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
• *

Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
• *

Maintain pay plan and benefits program in alignment with organizational goals.
• *

Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics and data analytics.
• *

Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management processes.
• *

Lead and facilitate organizational change and strategic initiatives.
• *

Partner with Deltas HR teams on cross-functional projects and shared services.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• *

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• *

HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) is highly desirable.
• *

Deep knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
• *

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• *

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• *

High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
• *

Proficiency in HRIS systems, MS Office Suite, and data reporting tools.
• Experience
• *

Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• *

Experience in a tech-driven or innovative business environment is a strong plus.
• *

Proven track record of leading HR projects and process improvements.
• *

Background in managing HR functions across multiple departments or regions preferred.
• Working Hours
• *

Full-Time Position
• *

Standard hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (with flexibility depending on project needs)

Hybrid work model (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)
