The Human Resources Coordinator will provide operational support to the HR Business Partner team, ensuring the accuracy and consistency of HR processes while assisting with onboarding, offboarding, and various HR initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Help maintain accurate employee data and organizational structures within HR systems
  • Assist with lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and role changes
  • Help HRBPs prepare materials, reports, and documentation for operational execution of larger HR initiatives, meetings, and programs
  • Assist with preparing various data requests to support business initiatives
  • Prepare, review, and maintain documentation (e.g., employee records, reports, templates) with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality
  • Partner with HRBPs to support various annual cycles such as goal setting and performance management to drive efficiency and adoption
  • Support talent assessments, succession planning, and career development initiatives
  • Review and update job descriptions to ensure alignment with organizational changes and Global Compensation Framework and job leveling criteria
  • Lead weekly new hire One Advarra presentation. Identify any necessary changes and escalate any questions. Partner with Onboarding to review and implement suggested changes to One Advarra based on new hire feedback
  • Participate in HR program rollouts and special projects to enhance operational efficiency
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, or related field required
  • 0-2 years prior experience in Human Resources
  • Prior experience supporting HR function preferred
  • Exposure to administrative workflows
  • Microsoft Office and HR systems experience
  • Analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with a customer-service mindset
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
