**The Role**

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, answering their requests through phone, chat, and/or email. You will be responsible for preventing issues, solving queries, and delighting our customers. Our Customer Service Associates use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
* Use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions
* Communicate effectively with customers through phone, chat, and/or email
* Provide exceptional support experiences that exceed customer expectations
* Work variable hours to match customer demand, including late evenings and day shifts
* Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

**What We Offer**

* A competitive salary of €15.50 per hour, plus up to €800 relocation allowance (for overseas applicants only)
* A 12-month fixed-term contract with a view to extend, full-time 40 hours per week

**Essential Qualifications**

* Minimum age: 18 years old
* Right to work in The Netherlands
* Strong communication skills in Swedish (both written and oral fluency) and basic communication skills in English
* Experience working with a computer
* Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 7am to 9pm
* Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e. early, late, weekend and compensated overtime as required)
* Initial four weeks availability for full-time training (paid)
