**Key Responsibilities:**

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner
* Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer issues or provide information
* Assist customers with product-related questions and troubleshoot any concerns
* Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records
* Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery
* Provide bilingual support in English and Spanish as needed to enhance customer experience

**Essential Qualifications:**

* Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus
* Experience with outbound calling and client services in an office environment
* Proficient in data entry with attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to analyze information effectively to address customer needs
* Familiarity with computer systems and software applications relevant to customer service operations
* Bilingual capabilities are highly desirable, enhancing our ability to serve diverse clientele

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* 1 year of customer service experience
* Personal Lines License (Preferred)
