**Responsibilities**

As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers via phone, chat, and email. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner, while also providing a positive and engaging experience. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

* Assisting customers with software navigation and troubleshooting
* Helping customers locate prior returns and amendments
* Escalating calls when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction
* Providing support via various channels, including phone, chat, and email
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert support

**Earnings Potential**

As a Customer Support Representative, you'll have the opportunity to earn up to $19 per hour, with opportunities to earn more during peak times. Our contractors who meet or exceed key metrics earn an average of $16-$19/hour during peak times and $15.60-$17.50/hour during non-peak times.

**Schedule**

This seasonal contract starts in January and runs through April 15th, 2025. You'll have the flexibility to create your own schedule, with opportunities to work between 7 am and 11 pm CST, Monday-Sunday.

**Work Environment Requirements**

To ensure a productive and comfortable work environment, you'll need:

* Quiet, uninterrupted space
* Organized desk area
* Professional appearance (if on camera)

**Technology Requirements**

To perform your duties as a Customer Support Representative, you'll need:

* Personal computer (no tablet)
* Broadband internet connection, recommended at least 10 MBPS
* Wired internet connection (no wi-fi or mobile internet)
* Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system
* Valid antivirus software installed, running and up to date
* USB headset with microphone
* A webcam will be loaned to each contractor to be used for the duration of the contract

**Important Information**

* We are currently unable to work with contractors residing in California, New York, Pennsylvania, or Washington.
* Contractors must successfully pass a criminal background check.

**Contractual Relationship**

The relationship between you and arenaflex is a contractual relationship. You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of this program assignment. arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with arenaflex.
