As a Remote Data Entry Specialist (Typist), you will be responsible for executing entry-level application administration tasks, establishing and managing organizational profiles and user accounts, and providing support to various divisions.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Execute entry-level application administration tasks as part of an essential migration initiative.
* Accurately establish and manage organizational profiles and user accounts in a new system.
* Provide support to various divisions by working designated shifts to fulfill team requirements.
* Work closely with team members and end users to ensure a smooth transition to the new platform.
* Participate in projects that positively impact healthcare professionals and patients.
* Collaborate with the team to identify and resolve issues, ensuring seamless data entry and management.

**Required Skills**

* **Typing Skills**: Demonstrate fast and precise typing at a minimum speed of 40 words per minute.
* **Tech Proficiency**: Possess familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel for effective data management.
* **Communication**: Exhibit strong proficiency in English; bilingual candidates (English and Spanish) are highly valued.
