**Key Responsibilities:**

As a Remote Entry Level Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

* Responding to inquiries and requests from clients and customers in a timely and professional manner

**Essential Qualifications:**

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, or customer service) preferred
* 0-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment

* Strong technical skills, including proficiency in computer software and systems
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
