Immigration Paralegal

Responsibilities
• Assisting our attorneys in preparing employment based non-immigrant and/or immigrant visa petitions
• Other case types may include PERM, naturalization, and family-based cases

Skills
• 1 – 4 years of business immigration experience
• BS/BA degree
• Clear written and oral communication
• Strong aptitude for persuasive writing
• Focus on attention to detail
• Efficient time management
• Organized
• Able to prioritize and multi-task
• Excellent English communication and client service skills
• Experience in MS Suite
• Enjoy working in a team environment
• California based
