Are you passionate about turning complex technical challenges into seamless client experiences? At Uberall, the Implementation Consultant is the first person a new enterprise client truly works with after signing — and how that experience goes shapes everything that follows.

You will own the technical onboarding of enterprise clients: configuring integrations, ensuring data accuracy, and getting customers to value fast. This role sits at the heart of our customer journey and directly impacts retention and long-term growth.

What You'll Do

Lead technical discovery sessions to understand client requirements and data structures

Configure and implement integrations using Uberall's API, syncing with client CRM and CMS systems

Manage the post-launch stabilization phase — auditing and cleaning location data to ensure accuracy across directories

Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and client-facing how-to guides

Identify and escalate product bugs or feature gaps to Product and Engineering

Support the Sales team with technical questions during the late stages of the sales cycle

Leverage AI tools and best practice frameworks to work efficiently and at scale

What You Bring

2–3 years in a technical implementation, onboarding, or solutions consulting role

Hands-on experience with REST APIs and data transformation (Excel, CSV, pivot tables)

Familiarity with Local SEO, Google Business Profile, and directory API ecosystems

Strong project management skills — comfortable managing multiple client onboardings in parallel

Clear communicator: able to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment

Experience with CRM or CMS integrations in a client-facing context is a plus
