Position Summary:
As an Implementation Developer, you will play a crucial role in managing client setups, configurations, and integrations. You will work closely with our client support and tech teams to ensure a smooth integration process and effective onboarding for our clients. Your expertise will help us deliver top-notch solutions that meet our clients’ needs quickly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire client onboarding process, ensuring seamless setup and configuration as well as ongoing support and updates.
- Collaborate with client support and tech teams to understand client requirements and implement solutions accordingly.
- Work in AWS DynamoDB & MongoDB to setup and configure client environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the implementation phase.
- Test the end to end flow to ensure everything is functioning properly before going live.
- Maintain open communication with client support and tech teams to provide updates and gather feedback throughout the onboarding process.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve implementation processes and enhance client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in implementation and integration within SAAS environments or related fields.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with team members and with various partners.
- experience with DynamoDB & MongoDB is a must.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality solutions in a timely manner.
