Responsibilities:

- Answer incoming phone calls and provide assistance to callers according to the account protocol
- Transfer calls to appropriate departments or individuals
- Take messages and relay them to the appropriate person
- Provide information and answer questions according to account settings
- Maintain a professional and courteous phone manner at all times
- Follow phone etiquette guidelines to ensure excellent customer service
- Assist with dispatching duties as needed

Qualifications:

- At least one year of previous answering service/call center experience
- Computer proficiency

- Typing at least 45 wpm with 90% accuracy
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

-Proficiency in English spelling and grammar
- Spanish bilingual is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to talk and type simultaneously

- Positive attitude and composure under pressure
- A college degree is not required but is highly desirable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
