Role Overview

Focus: Makeup + Dermatology + UGC + Micro & Macro

What makes this role exciting?

You’ll drive influencer strategy for a large-scale, multi-SKU launch, working across micro to

macro creators and shaping a truly pan-India narrative.

What you’ll own:

End-to-end influencer strategy & execution

A strong mix of micro, macro & regional creators

Build and manage a diverse creator network across North, South, East & West India

Collaborate with agencies and review content before it goes live

Track performance: reach, engagement, and conversions

We’re looking for someone who:

Has 1–2 years of hands-on experience in beauty, UGC, or dermat influencer campaigns

Comes with a strong creator network across India (not just one region)

Understands regional nuances, language, and audience behavior

Is both strategic and execution-focused
