The Role
We’re hiring detail-oriented, digital-savvy Talent Coordinators to join Linqia’s growing Creator Team. This role supports the execution of creator campaigns by managing creator sourcing, creator outreach, and initial negotiations.
As a Talent Coordinator, you will work closely with Talent Partners and Campaign Strategists to identify the right creators across social platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. You’ll take the lead on researching, contacting, and onboarding creators, while conducting light brand safety vetting and ensuring campaign alignment.

Responsibilities
Sourcing & Outreach
Review campaign briefs and internal sourcing plans to identify the right creators
Conduct creator discovery using platforms like Resonate and influencer databases
Execute creator outreach using pre-approved templates; manage follow-ups and negotiations
Populate internal workbooks and platforms (e.g., Resonate) with qualified talent
Analyze gaps in creator tiering, vertical, and audience to optimize sourcing
Support supplemental sourcing efforts as needed throughout the campaign cycle
Campaign Setup & Coordination
Set up campaign infrastructure, including Resonate campaigns, creator surveys, email templates, and workbooks
Track and manage outreach status and documentation in real time
Coordinate internal handoffs and sourcing trackers with Talent Partners for feedback
Escalate complex negotiations or high-priority creator conversations to the Talent Partner
Support internal gut check reviews by preparing complete talent lists and sourcing context
Vetting & Moderation
Conduct initial pre-vetting of creators (brand safety flags, alignment checks)
Document rationale for vetting decisions and apply appropriate risk tags
Qualifications
0–2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, talent sourcing, digital media, or a related field or demonstrated interest and knowledge of the creator landscape
Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends (especially TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube), including how creators show up authentically on their feeds
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly flag risks, push back when needed, and escalate challenges early
Strong prioritization and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple workstreams and operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex criteria and brand guidelines
Reliable internet connection and availability to work PST-aligned hours

You maintain clean, accurate sourcing documentation to support internal reviews
You take initiative in troubleshooting sourcing or tiering challenges and propose solutions
You collaborate closely with your Talent Partner pod and stay accountable to feedback loops
You stay effective in ambiguous or evolving situations, adapting quickly to shifting priorities and maintaining momentum
You demonstrate strong negotiation instincts (or build them quickly), balancing creator needs with campaign goals to drive alignment
