Inpatient Coder (Remote Contract)

We're looking for professionals with a passion for coding, attention to detail, and who possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Successful candidates will enjoy working both independently and collaborating as a team to overcome client challenges when needed.

Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years of inpatient DRG hospital coding experience
• Strong knowledge of ICD-10
• CCS, CIC, RHIT, or RHIA certification
• Preferred experience utilizing Epic or Cerner and 3M CAC software systems
• Ability to work from home using high speed internet

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $35.00 - $44.00 per hour

Experience:
• Inpatient DRG hospital coding: 4 years (Preferred)
• Epic or Cerner and 3M software: 1 year (Preferred)
• Level One Trauma and Teaching Hospital: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:
• CCS, CIC, RHIT, or RHIA (Required)
