Inside Sales & Retention Representative
S&K Building Services is a leading provider of commercial window cleaning and exterior building maintenance across the United States. They are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales & Retention Representative to combine proactive sales responsibilities with customer retention strategies to drive revenue growth and maintain strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new business through outbound calls, networking, and referrals
- Conduct product/service presentations and negotiate contracts
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Engage with existing customers to prevent cancellations and reduce churn
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to improve satisfaction
- Offer upgrades, cross-sells, and loyalty incentives
- Resolve issues promptly and professionally to maintain long-term relationships
- Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to align strategies
- Analyze customer feedback and retention metrics to improve processes
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings
Skills
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or retention roles
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and meet performance goals
- Proficient in CRM software; experience with Smart Service Cloud is a plus, along with strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite
- High school diploma required
- Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
