Inside Sales Appointment Setter – Roofing (Base + Bonuses)

Experienced Outbound Sales Professionals Wanted

Rhino-Back Roofing is expanding, and we’re hiring a high-performing Inside Sales Appointment Setter to join our growing team.

This is not an entry-level position. We’re looking for experienced outbound callers who are confident on the phone, competitive, coachable, and driven by performance.

Your role is to build rapport, overcome objections, and schedule qualified roof inspections for our outside sales team.

What You’ll Do:

Make 200+ outbound calls daily to warm leads

Follow up with homeowners via phone and text

Build trust and educate homeowners on our roofing services

Schedule free roof inspections for the sales team - overcome objections and confidently ask for the appointment

Track activity and follow-ups inside our CRM

Consistently hit daily and weekly performance goals

Who We’re Looking For:

3+ years of outbound sales, appointment setting, telemarketing, or call center experience

Proven ability to consistently handle a high call volume

Strong phone presence with excellent communication skills

Confident overcoming objections and controlling conversations

Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven

CRM experience preferred

Roofing or construction experience is a plus, but not required (we’ll train you!)

Schedule

Monday–Friday: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM EST

Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM EST

Compensation & Benefits:

$25.00-$27.00/hourly + uncapped commissions
