Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential customers via calls, email, and online chat
  • Convert incoming calls and outbound leads into sales
  • Build strong customer relationships by understanding their needs
  • Follow-up on leads and deliver excellent post-sale support
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure smooth service
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals to earn weekly commission
