Everest Exteriors is a rapidly growing company specializing in exterior restoration and redesign. The Inside Sales & Customer Experience Coordinator will manage customer communication, appointment setting, and follow-up processes to ensure a seamless experience for homeowners during their restoration projects.

Responsibilities

  • Set up initial inspections/appointments for office leads (qualify → schedule → confirm → reminders to maximize show rate)
  • Send templated inspection/damage reports to homeowners via text or email after inspections
  • Package and send estimate templates clearly and professionally (homeowner-friendly and on-brand)
  • Proactively communicate key timeline updates, including:
  • Build schedule
  • Material delivery timing
  • Reinforce our expectation-setting script so customers know what to expect
  • Track and obtain the Certificate of Completion (COC) promptly once a job is complete; send e-signature link if needed
  • Follow up with homeowners to confirm whether the final check has been received; coordinate a time for the Outside Rep to pick up payment if necessary
  • Drive our reputation process by getting homeowners to leave a review and owning the follow-up cadence: same-day, +3 days, +10 days
  • Maintain clean internal notes and status updates so the sales and production teams always know 'what’s next' (CRM/tools training provided)

Skills

  • Confident and professional in phone calls, texts, and emails; comfortable guiding homeowners through next steps
  • You do not let things sit—documents get signed, questions get answered, and customers get updated without being chased
  • Strong task management and prioritization in a fast-moving environment
  • Able to learn and use CRM systems, email/text tools, and e-sign platforms
  • Able to work tightly with Outside Sales and Production to keep jobs progressing smoothly
