Responsibilities

  • Active Prospecting: You will be the engine of the agency, using phone, email, and professional social networks to initiate contact with potential clients
  • Pipeline Management: You will ruthlessly manage our CRM to ensure no lead is left behind and every follow-up is executed with precision
  • Discovery & Qualification: You will master the art of the initial conversation—quickly building rapport, identifying needs, and setting high-quality appointments for our senior agents
  • Pattern Interruption: You’ll use proven techniques to move past "reflexive rejections" and engage prospects in meaningful conversations about their protection and legacy
  • Working alongside Agency Owner for community marketing events to increase agency leads
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to innovate, share knowledge, and support each other's growth
