Job duties:

Work remote. Office in Seattle if you prefer hybrid / office schedule.

We are currently seeking:

1) Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney

2) Insurance Coverage Attorney
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Attend hearings, depositions, and trials as necessary.
• Independently manage court appearances, depositions, motion practice, and trials

Required:

· WA bar

· Recent insurance defense or coverage experience

You should know some of the following:

· General, Premises Liability

· PI (TBI - traumatic brain injury / catastrophic injury)

· Construction Defect

· Products Liability, Toxic Torts

· Medical Malpractice

· Insurance Coverage

· Lemon Law, Class Action, Employment Law
