Skills
- Proven experience in the insurance industry or a related field
- Strong ability to market insurance products effectively
- Excellent telemarketing skills with a focus on customer acquisition
- Proficient in communicating complex insurance concepts in a clear manner
- Insurance Producer License (Required)
- Demonstrated success in outside sales roles
- Familiarity with retail sales strategies within the insurance sector
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and data privacy standards
- Exceptional negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for clients
- Ability to Commute: Cleveland, OH 44121 (Required)
- Prior experience in sales administration is preferred
- Knowledge of benefits administration processes is a plus
