EvenUp is on a mission to close the justice gap using technology and AI. We empower personal injury lawyers and victims to get the justice they deserve. Our products enable law firms to secure faster settlements, higher payouts, and better outcomes for victims injured through no fault of their own in vehicle collisions, accidents, natural disasters, and more.

We are one of the fastest-growing vertical SaaS companies in history, and we are just getting started. EvenUp is backed by top VCs, including Bessemer Venture Partners, Bain Capital Ventures, SignalFire, and Lightspeed. We are looking to expand our team with talented, driven, and collaborative individuals who seek to have a lasting impact. Learn more at www.evenuplaw.com.

Integration Specialists are the operational backbone of EvenUp's integration delivery pipeline. You'll own the intake, configuration, and go-live of system integrations between EvenUp and legal Case Management Systems (CMS) — working closely with the sales team to move new customers efficiently from signed contract into a live, functioning integration.
This role is primarily internal and operational. You'll manage the intake funnel, keep multiple concurrent integration projects organized and progressing, and coordinate across Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to deliver on time. Customer communication is part of the job, but the core of your work is building and running a reliable, scalable integration delivery process.

What you'll do
Integration intake & project operations
Partner with the sales team to intake new integration requests efficiently — qualifying scope, gathering requirements, and translating deals into actionable project plans

Manage a portfolio of concurrent customer integration projects using agile methodologies (Kanban, Jira), maintaining clear status visibility across all active work

Drive projects from kickoff to go-live, coordinating internal stakeholders (CS, Support, Product, Engineering) to resolve blockers and keep timelines on track

Identify process gaps in the intake and delivery pipeline and recommend improvements that increase throughput and consistency

Technical configuration & delivery
Configure and manage API-based integrations using a combination of configuration modules and data mapping (SQL, JSON, SOQL)

Perform data validation and troubleshooting across integrated systems using tools like Postman, Metabase, and Workbench

Develop and maintain setup procedures for new and existing integrations as they evolve

Documentation & enablement
Create and maintain integration playbooks, setup guides, and internal runbooks

Produce clear, accessible documentation that allows sales and CS to accurately represent integration scope and timelines

Translate technical concepts into language appropriate for internal non-technical stakeholders and, when needed, customers

What we're looking for
Required
3-5 years delivering integrations in SaaS or solution delivery contexts

Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and keep them moving

Experience working closely with sales or pre-sales teams on intake and scoping

Technical fluency: JSON, APIs, data mapping between systems

Ability to read and understand code structure without necessarily writing it

Comfort with Postman for API testing and basic data validation

Experience with Jira and Confluence for project tracking and documentation

Report building experience (Metabase or equivalent)

Agile/Kanban process experience

Nice to have
SQL proficiency (especially for Metabase queries and troubleshooting)

Familiarity with Salesforce/SFDC, Metabase, Temporal, or Workbench

Experience with legal tech or case management platforms

Hands-on experience with EvenUp's EU Portal, Demands, or Playbooks
