Intermediate UI/UX Designer

Job description:

Keeper is seeking a creative and passionate UI/UX Designer to enhance our digital memorial platform. In this part-time role, you will collaborate with our team to design intuitive user interfaces and create engaging user experiences that honor memories. Your creativity will play a key role in shaping how individuals commemorate their loved ones online. If you’re interested in making a difference through design, we would love to hear from you!

Candidate must be available approximately 2 days per week, 6 hours per day, on mutually agreed upon weekdays. Working hours will take place within standard business hours of 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST.

Experience:
• UI/UX Design: minimum of 3 years experience as a UI/UX Designer
• Skill Level: Intermediate to Senior

You Have:
• Proficient User Interface and User Experience Design methods
• Skills in User Research and Testing
• Proficiency in Prototyping and Wireframing
• Expertise in Figma (required) as well as other design software and tools
• Proficiency in Prototyping and Wireframing
• Ability to work collaboratively with Product teams on solutions and design options
• A customer-centric approach to solving problems
• Experience with analytic tools to better understand customer behavior (e.g., GA4, Hotjar, etc.)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Detail-oriented and a critical thinker

Nice to Haves:
• Graphic Design experience
• Familiarity with other design tools, including Canva, Adobe Illustrator, etc.

• Compensation Package: Hourly pay
