Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and administer international benefit plans across the EMEA and APJ regions, including leave of absence administration, disability plans, life insurance, medical, dental, and vision insurance, and compliance.
  • Support and learn from the NAMER benefits team to ensure a seamless employee experience across regions.
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with brokers, providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth plan operations, project manage renewals, and facilitate updates and changes.
  • Cultivate cross-functional partnerships with payroll, HRITS, human resources, and other teams to drive employee experience and operational excellence.
  • Focus on employee experience, ensuring benefits and leaves are easily understood and accessible.
  • Evaluate and improve existing processes to build operational excellence in benefit administration.
  • Develop collaborative relationships with key partners across the organization to understand their objectives and support their goals.

  • Understanding of compliance requirements and best practices in benefits administration.
  • Minimum of 6+ years of benefits analyst experience in a tech/SaaS company.
  • Demonstrated ability to conceptualize employee experience as a product, with proven success applying product management principles to HR initiatives.
  • Proficiency in leveraging design thinking methodologies to understand employee needs and drive engagement and retention.
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity, with a strong preference for candidates with a pre-existing comfort level and familiarity using AI.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with tools such as Excel, Workday, ServiceNow, and ChatGPT.
  • Experience working with a fast-paced global team.
Compensation
Poland Pay Range
208,300 zł 281,800 zł PLN
