Incoris is onboarding a selective group of Investment Banking Recruiting Coaches
to support students preparing for competitive banking recruiting.
Role Information:

This is an
independent contractor coaching opportunity
, not a full-time or salaried role. Coaches will have the opportunity to offer
paid 1:1 coaching sessions
through Incoris, helping students with
recruiting strategy, resume preparation, networking, technical interview prep, behavioral interviews, and overall recruiting readiness
.

We are being intentional about who we onboard. Because students rely on coaches for
practical, high-quality guidance
, we are looking for coaches who have direct experience with investment banking recruiting and can clearly teach students how to become stronger candidates.

Ideal candidates may have experience such as:

• Experience recruiting for, interning in, or working in
investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, transaction advisory, valuation, or a closely related field

• Strong understanding of the
investment banking recruiting process
, including networking, resume positioning, behavioral interviews, and technical preparation

• Ability to explain
finance concepts and interview strategies
in a clear, structured, and student-friendly way

• Professional communication skills and a genuine interest in
helping students succeed

• Awareness of
current recruiting expectations
and what strong candidates need to demonstrate today

As a coach, you may support students with:
• Resume and LinkedIn reviews
• Networking strategy and outreach preparation
• Behavioral interview preparation
• Technical interview preparation
• Mock interviews
• Recruiting timeline and application strategy

This opportunity is best suited for professionals or recent graduates who enjoy mentoring students and can provide
practical, honest, and actionable guidance
.

Coaches set their own availability and may earn income from
paid sessions booked through Incoris
. Earnings depend on
session bookings, coach pricing, availability, and student demand
.

Because Incoris is a professional coaching marketplace,
all coaches go through a review process before being onboarded
. Coaches must also agree not to share
confidential employer information, proprietary materials, or restricted interview content
.
