IT Procurement

Role Overview:

Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing and IT procurement initiatives focused on SaaS, cloud, and professional services agreements in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Must-Have Experience:

6–8 years Strategic Sourcing / IT Procurement experience

Strong ownership of full RFx lifecycle and supplier negotiations

Experience with SaaS, cloud, consulting, and professional services sourcing

Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent sourcing events

Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba

Responsibilities:

Own sourcing events from intake through contract execution

Lead RFP/RFx processes, supplier evaluations, and negotiations

Draft and manage procurement and contract documentation

Partner with stakeholders to define sourcing strategies and requirements

Coordinate with legal, risk, and business teams during negotiations

Track renewals, milestones, and sourcing timelines

Support pricing analysis and contract lifecycle management

Comfortable working with ambiguous or evolving requirements

Able to independently drive sourcing strategy and issue resolution

Experience handling high-complexity procurement activities

Preferred:

Private-sector procurement background

Health Insurance industry experience

Knowledge of FAR regulations

Experience managing large IT procurement portfolios
