We will entrust you with:
Leading research of new and existing products, creating and managing the backlog, and defining user stories

Delivering timely, value-added products

Representing and understanding the client's interests and business needs

Conducting regular checks and getting feedback from stakeholders

Monitoring the health and development of existing and new projects

Fostering clear collaboration and communication among stakeholders

Promoting continuous process improvement and best practices

Planning and coordinating product releases, including functionality and timelines

Leading the development team, prioritizing tasks, and setting the direction

Growing and developing your skills in project and people management

Mentoring and guiding new colleagues

You are a perfect candidate if you have:
Previous experience in project management

Excellent communication and storytelling skills

Previous experience leading and being an example for a motivated team on the path to success

Interest in onboarding, training new team members and knowledge sharing

A growth mindset, with an interest in continuous learning, personal development, and a desire to learn about the industry 

Strong written and spoken communication skills in English

Not a must but nice to have:
Experience in eCommerce

Experience with Magento

Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodology
