<h2><strong>IT Project Manager – Work From Home</strong></h2>
<p>We are seeking a talented and self-motivated IT Project Manager to join a growing IT team. This position is 100% Remote.</p>
<p>IT Project Manager Responsibilities:</p>
<p>– Interact with all IT functional areas (e.g. systems architecture, design, Helpdesk/Desktop support, application development, and support).<br />
– Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.<br />
– Identify and allocate resources effectively, ensuring the right skill sets are available for project tasks.<br />
– Proactively identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.<br />
– Maintain clear and effective communication with project stakeholders, team members, and leadership throughout the project lifecycle.<br />
– Implement and enforce best practices and quality standards to ensure the quality of project deliverables.<br />
– Lead project teams in executing tasks, managing project progress, and ensuring adherence to project schedules.<br />
– Identify and resolve project issues and conflicts, escalating as needed to ensure project continuity.<br />
– Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations.</p>
<p>IT Project Manager Qualifications:</p>
<p>– Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-year university in computer science, information science or related technical field.<br />
– 1-5 years of experience in project management.<br />
– Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to interact with management, vendors and external parties and should be able to effectively communicate complex issues in a clear and concise manner.<br />
– Strong technical background with a deep understanding of IT systems and technologies.<br />
– Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.<br />
– Proficient in project management software tools and methodologies.<br />
– Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.<br />
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.<br />
– Highly organized, self-motivated, able to multi-task, able to work independently as well as a team player.<br />
– Support other key initiatives as the business dictates.<br />
– Experience with SQL a plus.<br />
– Experience in using Agile related tools, such as JIRA is a plus.</p>
