Seeking a highly-driven Account Manager to build and grow relationships with technology leaders across enterprise and mid ‐ market clients. This role combines business development, consultative selling, and ongoing account management to deliver high ‐ value staffing and project ‐ based IT solutions.

What You’ll Do

Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts across technology staffing and consulting services

Drive the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, solution design, proposals, and contract negotiation

Build trusted partnerships with CIOs, IT directors, and hiring managers

Collaborate with recruiting and delivery teams to ensure successful placements and project outcomes

Identify new opportunities within accounts to expand service adoption

Provide market insights and workforce planning guidance to clients

Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and account documentation

What We’re Looking For

Ambitious self-starter with a strong drive to generate revenue

3–7+ years in account management, sales, or client success within IT staffing, consulting, or MSP environments

Proven success meeting revenue goals and growing accounts

Strong consultative selling and relationship ‐ building skills

Ability to engage both technical and executive ‐ level stakeholders

IT Experience and lingo including: App Dev, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, ERP, AI, etc.

Bachelor’s degree preferred; MBA a plus
