JKAM, Walgreens - Lysol / Finish
About the position
We are Reckitt, home to the world's best-loved and trusted hygiene, health, and nutrition brands. Our purpose is to protect, heal, and nurture in the relentless pursuit of a cleaner, healthier world. Our Sales teams help deliver this purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online.
The Walgreens account is one of Reckitt’s most strategically important partnerships in the US. As one of the country’s leading pharmacy and health & wellness retailers, Walgreens is the natural home for Reckitt’s portfolio of iconic brands. This role is not one where you are handed a playbook and told to execute.
You’ll be part of a high-performing, collaborative group where each Key Account Manager owns their business end-to-end, from joint business planning and line reviews to promotional and omnichannel strategy. You’ll have the scope, the support, and the platform to genuinely exceed expectations, learn and grow. As a team, we have a track record of winning.
We hold ourselves to a high standard; commercially, creatively, and in the relationships we build with our partners at Walgreens, and we back each other to deliver. If you want to be part of a team that takes the work seriously and genuinely enjoys doing it, we’d love to hear from you. We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Key Account Manager to join a fast-paced team calling on Walgreens’ head office in Deerfield, IL.
As a Junior KAM on the Walgreens team, you will be a crucial member of the team executing multi-year joint business plans through strong negotiations and best-in-class commercial execution. You will own a defined category scope, overseeing customer and channel plans and driving 4P excellence in-market. At Reckitt, we embrace an entrepreneurial spirit and those that want to help us make a difference in the community and with our key retail partners.
