IT Operations Specialist

Role Overview

KonnectHub is seeking a reliable and proactive IT Operations Specialist to manage and maintain the company’s internal IT systems, collaboration platforms, and user access environment.

This role plays a critical part in ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of the company's technology infrastructure. The IT Operations Specialist will be responsible for maintaining productivity tools, supporting internal users, and ensuring that system access, security protocols, and operational procedures are consistently followed across the organization.

The role requires hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 administration, SharePoint governance, SaaS platform administration, system security, and IT support for distributed teams. The IT Operations Specialist will collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure that employees have reliable access to systems and tools required to perform their roles effectively.

Because KonnectHub operates in a remote-first work environment, the ideal candidate must be comfortable supporting remote employees, troubleshooting technical issues virtually, and maintaining strong documentation practices to ensure operational continuity.

The IT Operations Specialist will also contribute to automation initiatives, security improvements, and IT governance processes, helping the organization maintain high standards of data protection, operational reliability, and technology performance.

Key Responsibilities

IT Systems Administration

Administer and manage the Microsoft 365 environment, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange.
