[Job- 28521] Mid -Level UI/UX Designer, Brazil
This is a staff augmentation position, meaning you will operate independently, collaborating closely with Product Owners and development teams on the client side, without day-to-day support from an internal design team.

Key Responsibilities
• Design user interfaces and experiences for a web application based on business and product requirements.
• Translate business needs and functional requirements into intuitive, user-centered design solutions.
• Create high-fidelity layouts, wireframes, and prototypes in Figma, ensuring they are ready for developer handoff.
• Work closely with Product Owners (POs) and stakeholders to clarify requirements and align on design decisions.
• Ensure consistency, usability, and accessibility across all screens and flows.
• Collaborate asynchronously and synchronously with international teams, maintaining clear documentation and communication.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback, technical constraints, and evolving requirements.
• Contribute to or follow existing design systems and UI standards when applicable.

Requirements
• Proven experience as a UX/UI or Digital Designer in web applications.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, including component creation, auto layout, and developer handoff practices.
• Experience designing interfaces that are feasible and ready for development.
• Ability to work from business-driven requirements rather than product discovery processes.
• Experience collaborating directly with Product Owners and developers.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently in a client-facing role.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) – mandatory for daily interaction with international stakeholders.

As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for crafting intuitive and engaging user experiences for our eCommerce platform. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the design aligns with both user needs and business objectives. Your expertise will play a critical role in shaping the visual aesthetics and usability of our website.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design process from ideation to execution, creating user-centered designs that enhance the overall shopping experience.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and user feedback sessions to gather insights and inform design decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement design solutions that meet project goals.
Create high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups for web and mobile interfaces.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system that ensures consistency across all touchpoints.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously refine the design approach and elevate user experiences.
Requirements:
Experience in UX/UI design, preferably within the eCommerce sector.
Proven portfolio showcasing a range of projects and the ability to articulate design decisions.
Strong proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, and InVision.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability testing methodologies, and accessibility standards.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and advocate for design concepts to non-design stakeholders.
Experience in working in Agile environments and collaborating with development teams.
