As CI&T grows, we seek a talented, motivated, and experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our team and drive data-driven solutions for our customers. This role is pivotal in balancing analytical expertise with hands-on execution, ensuring that our data initiatives are not only well-planned but also effectively implemented.
The Senior Data Analyst will oversee the analysis and interpretation of data to support the entire lifecycle of data products, from ideation and development to deployment and optimization. This position requires a unique blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, critical analysis, and collaborative skills to drive the successful execution of data-driven initiatives while actively contributing to daily operations.

Identify relevant sources, entities, and attributes to answer business questions
Validation
Validate analytical products with users
Ensure solutions meet business needs and expectations
Leverage metrics and feedback to support decision-making
Performance Analysis
Monitor and analyze product performance using KPIs and metrics
Measure the effectiveness of data initiatives and investments
Drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights
Data Architecture Understanding
Understand the technical architecture supporting data initiatives
Work with data storage, integrations, and analytics platforms
Collaborate effectively with technical teams
AI Integration
Support the integration of AI tools and methodologies into analytical workflows
Enhance efficiency, performance, and insight generation through AI capabilities
Team Collaboration
Partner with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Analytics Specialists, Product Teams, and Business Stakeholders
