Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Remote Amazon Data Entry team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving queries and complaints, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • First Point of Contact: You will be the first point of contact for customers, answering their queries via phone, SMS, or email.
  • Guiding Customers: You will guide customers online regarding website-related issues, product questions, and payment matters.
  • Query Resolution: You will refer queries and complaints to the relevant department and ensure timely resolution of complaints.

Eligibility Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:
