We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Dutch speaking Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of customers, providing valuable and memorable experiences that exceed their expectations.
About the Role
As a Dutch speaking Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing inbound calls, emails, or live chats to provide timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries
- Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and build sustainable relationships of trust
- Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools
- Meeting personal and customer service team targets and call handling quotas
- Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents
- Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Fluent in Dutch (written and spoken)
- Good level of English (written and spoken)
- Strong focus on customer needs and understanding of how customers can behave
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and active listening skills
- Strong written skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success

This role is available as a full-time remote opportunity, and you'll need to be fluent in Dutch (written and spoken) and have a good level of English (written and spoken).
