Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Experience Coordinator at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Creating a positive internal and external customer experience by promoting a culture of honesty and integrity, maintaining confidentiality, and leading by example
  • Training and mentoring Associates on front-end principles, including personalizing the customer experience and promoting loyalty programs
  • Assigning registers, supporting and responding to POS coverage needs, and coordinating breaks for all Associates
  • Addressing customer concerns and issues promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Ensuring Associates execute tasks and activities according to store plan, prioritizing as needed
  • Communicating accurately and effectively with management and Associates when setting and addressing priorities, providing progress updates
  • Providing and accepting recognition and constructive feedback
  • Partnering with Management on Associate training needs to increase effectiveness
  • Ensuring adherence to all labor laws, policies, and procedures
  • Promoting credit and loyalty programs
  • Supporting and participating in store shrink reduction goals and programs
  • Promoting safety awareness and maintaining a safe environment
  • Other duties as assigned

Essential Qualifications:

To be successful as a Customer Experience Coordinator at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
  • A strong understanding of merchandising techniques
  • The ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail
  • The ability to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations
  • Team player skills, working effectively with peers and supervisors
  • The ability to train others
  • 1 year of retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience

Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of success
  • Knowledge of loyalty programs and credit card promotions
  • Experience with POS systems and inventory management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
