**The Role:**

As a Chat Operator at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

* Engaging in online conversations with customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner
* Representing our automotive dealer clients favorably, showcasing their products and services, and building trust with customers
* Turning conversations into leads that help our clients generate revenue and drive business growth
* Collaborating with our team to develop and implement strategies that improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Participating in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

**Requirements:**

To succeed in this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

* **Location:** You must live within the state of Oklahoma to be eligible for this position.
* **Computer Requirements:** You'll need a computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse. Your computer must have a minimum of 8 GB of RAM, a 64-bit Operating System, and an 8th Generation Intel Core (or equivalent) processor.
* **Work Space:** You'll need a quiet, dedicated work space free from distractions, as this is a remote position.
* **Training:** You'll be required to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday through Saturday, between the hours of 11am and 7:30pm EDT.
* **Typing Speed:** You must be able to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 WPM or higher being preferred.
* **Gaming Experience:** While not required, gaming experience is preferred, as it can be beneficial in developing the skills and strategies needed to succeed in this role.
