Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Account Associate, you'll be responsible for:

* Providing proactive and timely resolutions for customer inquiries and concerns
* Building customer loyalty and bringing value through thoughtful account management
* Delivering exceptional customer experiences using provided training tools, resources, and personal expertise
* Meeting department productivity and quality standards

Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or equivalent required
* Knowledge of Windows (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint preferred)
* Ability to work efficiently with multiple applications and computer screens simultaneously
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous customer service experience
* Experience working in a team environment
* Knowledge of sales and marketing principles
* Experience with CRM software
* Bilingual or multilingual skills
