**Key Responsibilities:**

* Design, prototype, and demonstrate new features and components of front-end and back-end applications to clients, ensuring consistency with requirements.
* Assist in the planning, execution, and development of related processes, tools, and work processes.
* Collaborate with technical teams, business teams, and product managers to ensure that the code meets their vision.
* Plan solutions to meet practical and technical requirements.
* Adapt to Security/Compliance systems and controls requirements.
* Own quality stance, writing automated tests, ideally before writing code.
* Write code, developing delivery pipelines, and automated deployment scripts.
* Arrange services, such as databases and monitoring.
* Implement Service Reliability Engineering.
* Troubleshoot issues from the development stage through the production stage, requiring readiness to come in case of an emergency for production support.

**What You Need to Succeed:**

* 3 years of hands-on experience as a Programmer or related technical design capability
* Proficient experience working with Spry Systems is required
* Experience working with DevOps standards, practices, and tools in a project innovation environment is required
* Experience designing software within an Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud foundation or other prominent project cloud supplier is required
* Back-end development experience:
+ Master in Practical Programming approaches, ideally in Java
+ Develop proficient and effective programming using Java, Python, Spring Framework, Microservices, APIs
+ Working knowledge of Amazon Web Services, Social and NoSQL Databases, Reserving, Article, and Block Storage, Scaling, Load Balancing, CDNs, Networking
+ Architecting, developing, and supporting REST and websocket APIs
+ 3 years creating in Java and SpringBoot
+ Strong knowledge and experience with n-level web applications including web servers (Apache), application servers (IBM WebSphere, Tomcat, Weblogic), databases (Prophet, MySQL) and framework (Amazon Web Services)
* Experience working with containers, and managed container orchestrators (Kubernetes/OpenShift) in the cloud (e.g., AWS Elastic Kubernetes Service, Red Hat OpenShift)
* Experience creating and deploying applications to Amazon Web Services and utilizing the services they offer, including but not limited to Lambda, CloudWatch, DynamoDB, Route53, etc.
* Experience working with adaptation control frameworks and automated deployments (Git, Jenkins)
* Experience maintaining and improving PAAS applications (onPrem and Inward) and effectively adapting these to AWS along project timelines
* Working knowledge of MQ services like Kafka, Dynamic MQ
* Knowledge and experience in JBOSS and Websphere
* Working knowledge of the full Software Development Lifecycle, building CI/CD pipelines, and practicing Test-Driven Development is a prerequisite
* Essential awareness of Use Security standards and 12-factor application development standards is required
* Experience with source control, build tools, and GIT (GitHub, Bitbucket, or other) is required
* Consistently focuses on the well-being and security of self, others, and personal information
