Job Summary: As an Account Manager Relief, you will serve as the primary point of contact between ABARTA Coca-Cola Beverages and our customers, including large and small store managers or owners. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Executing and closing sales calls to drive business growth and increase sales revenue
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure long-term partnerships
  • Selling and ordering products within your sales territory to meet customer needs and exceed sales targets
  • Staying connected with customers through regular sales calls, maintaining appropriate inventory levels, and ensuring company assets and point-of-sale materials are properly maintained
  • Communicating account activities to relevant parties and providing exceptional customer service to consumers and store personnel

Responsibilities:

  • Execute and close all sales calls to achieve sales targets and expand customer relationships
  • Sell in incremental displays, equipment placements, and promotional programs to drive business growth
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels, company assets, and point-of-sale materials to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Transport, replace, and maintain point-of-sale advertising materials as needed
  • Build, change, and remove product displays; maintain product signage; and clean product spaces to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions, locating products, and offering assistance as needed
  • Ensure proper rotation of products, identification of expired or damaged products, and creation of credits for returned products

Qualifications:

  • High School or GED (General Education Diploma) required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 1+ years of general work experience; 1+ years of previous sales experience preferred
  • Food/beverage industry experience a plus
  • Ability to handle multiple customer accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail, follow-up skills, and excellent planning and organization skills
  • Proficient computer application skills and ability to create and conduct sales presentations preferred
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record within MVR policy guidelines
