We are seeking passionate and experienced personal trainers, massage therapists, and dance/yoga/Pilates instructors to join our team as Flexologists. As a Flexologist at StretchLab, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, helping clients achieve their health and wellness goals through one-on-one assisted stretching and group classes.

Our studios in Portland offer a professional and energetic atmosphere, and our team is dedicated to providing exceptional service and support to our members. As a Flexologist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality stretch sessions, leading group classes, and contributing to the growth and success of our studios.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions and group stretch classes
• Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions
• Assist in building and retaining StretchLab members
• Ensure safety of clients in regards to proper stretch techniques and enforce StretchLab policies and safety rules
• Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations
• Handle member concerns and maintain a strong social media presence

Qualifications:

• Passion for boutique fitness environment and stretching, mobility, and flexibility
• Preferred background: Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer, Physical Therapist, Pilates or Yoga Instructor, or Dance Instructor
• Experience working in a fitness/health environment with hands-on training and client interaction
• Fitness certification required
• Excellent communication skills, empathy, and a positive attitude
• Ability to create a welcoming environment and connect with people from diverse backgrounds
