Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team on a remote and flexible schedule. As a Customer Service Representative, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on people's lives by providing exceptional service to patients and caregivers who are part of self-directed Medicaid programs. Our client helps facilitate payroll services for caregivers, ensuring they receive fair compensation for their work.

About the Role:

* **Compensation:** Competitive salary of $13 per hour
* **Location:** Remote (with flexible scheduling)
* **Start Date:** Immediate openings available

Responsibilities:

* Answer incoming calls from patients and caregivers with empathy and professionalism
* Assist with enrollment, program applications, and setup in applicable systems
* Provide information and support for payroll-related inquiries
* Utilize de-escalation techniques to resolve issues and concerns
* Document information and outcomes as necessary

Requirements:

* At least 1 year of customer service experience
* Strong computer skills and ability to troubleshoot
* Excellent communication and active listening skills
* Ability to offer empathy, patience, and a friendly demeanor
* Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
* Quality-focused mindset with a desire to achieve first-call resolution

Your Home Office Environment:

* Computer with Windows 10 or 11, 8GB of RAM, and a hard drive with at least 500MB of free space
* High-speed, hardwired internet
* Dual monitors and a USB noise-cancelling headset
* Webcam for certification experience

Flexible Scheduling:

* Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 08:00 PM ET
* 30-35 hours per week (with some flexibility)
