About the Role
In this dynamic position, you will:
- Respond to inbound calls and faxes from healthcare providers, addressing their queries and concerns regarding prior authorization approval
- Efficiently process fax requests and perform data entry tasks with precision and accuracy
- Collaborate with providers to create and manage requests for medical services, ensuring a positive and informative experience
- Follow established processes and guidelines to determine approved services, adhering to benefit plans and company policies
- Participate in special projects, promoting quality effectiveness and supporting the overall success of our Healthcare Services

Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should:
- Reside in Arizona (within 2 hours of Phoenix)
- Possess computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office Suite applications, including Word and Excel
- Have a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Preferred: 1 year of call center experience, medical background (insurance or facility work)
