Junior Account Executive - Industry Dive
Informa TechTarget is a global leader in business-to-business events, digital services, and academic research. They are seeking a Junior Account Executive to drive sales efforts, manage the full sales cycle, and ensure client satisfaction through retention and renewals.
Responsibilities
- Play a vital role in the growth of our company by being the face of our brand and the driving force behind our sales efforts
- Responsible for the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to final close, and will be the first point of contact for potential clients
- Identify and nurture leads, build relationships, and ultimately close deals
- Play a key role in supporting retention and renewals
- Ensure that our current clients are happy and satisfied with our content marketing services, and that they continue to do business with us
Skills
- You've got at least a year under your belt in sales and/or business development. Whether through internships, part-time gigs, or volunteering, you know how to build and nurture relationships
- Your writing sparkles
- Your speaking skills shine
- You're an active listener who truly hears what others say
- In our fast-paced world, you can juggle tasks like a pro while keeping everything in order
- You're comfortable reaching out to decision-makers and making your pitch
- A keen sense of self-motivation and resolve to find success

- A fascination with marketing and consumer behavior
- A desire to learn about sales and the process of persuading potential customers to purchase a product or service
