We're seeking an experienced Key Account Executive to manage and grow strategic relationships within the Financial Services sector. This role requires a proven track record of driving revenue growth, building executive-level relationships, and delivering enterprise automation solutions to complex financial institutions.

What you will do at UiPath
Develop and execute strategic account plans for assigned financial services clients (banks, insurance companies, investment firms, etc.)

Build and maintain C-level relationships with key decision-makers and influencers

Drive revenue growth through new business opportunities, expansion, and renewals within existing accounts

Collaborate with internal teams (Solutions Engineers, Customer Success, Product) to deliver comprehensive automation solutions

Understand client business challenges and position UiPath's AI-powered automation platform as a strategic solution

Forecast accurately and manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders

Represent UiPath at industry events, conferences, and client executive briefings

Stay current on financial services industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape

What you will bring to UiPath
7+ years of enterprise software sales experience, with at least 3 years focused on Financial Services

Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota ($2M+ annually)

Experience managing strategic accounts with complex organizational structures

Strong understanding of financial services operations, compliance requirements, and digital transformation initiatives

Excellent executive presence and communication skills

Ability to navigate complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders

Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred

Experience selling automation, AI, or digital transformation solutions

Existing relationships within Financial Services sector

Knowledge of RPA, AI, and process automation technologies

Experience with Salesforce and sales methodology frameworks (MEDDIC, Challenger, etc.)
