Key Account Manager (m/f/d)

Remote position | Germany

To strengthen our growth in Germany, we are looking for a Key Account Manager (m/f/d) with solid experience in electronics sales and customer relationship management.

This is a full‑time, remote role, with frequent travel to customers.


Your role

You will be responsible for managing and developing key customer relationships in Germany and driving sustainable revenue growth.
You will act as a trusted partner for your clients, offering custom‑made technical solutions and coordinating closely with internal teams.

Our solutions include:

Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs)

Custom-made electro‑mechanical parts

Cable assemblies, displays, keypads, metal & plastic parts


✅ Your responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop new companies and business opportunities

    Manage and grow existing key accounts

    Achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets

    Prepare quotations and lead commercial negotiations with clients and suppliers

    Coordinate communication between customers and internal departments
    (Engineering, Quality, Customer Service, Supply Chain)

    Monitor and improve customer satisfaction

    Frequent weekly travel to visit customers and prospects

    Report regularly to management on sales performance, targets and pipeline


Your profile

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, ideally in electronics

    Bachelor’s degree preferred; technical background is a plus

    Fluent German and English (spoken and written)

    Strong communication and relationship‑building skills

    Proven ability in Key Account Management

    Structured, well‑organized and detail‑oriented

    Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

    Comfortable working in an international, multicultural environment

    Willingness to travel frequently
