We are looking for a highly motivated person to join our team as a Key Account Manager for Kvarner and Istria region.

 

This Account Manager position offers remote flexibility following the successful completion of onboarding and training. Since the role can be performed mostly remotely thereafter, you can be located further away from our Zagreb office, near your territory in Istria and Kvarner.

We are specifically seeking a proactive “hunter” profile — a results-driven sales professional who thrives on identifying new business opportunities, building pipelines from scratch, and driving growth through new client acquisition. Acquisition of new clients as well as maintenance of existing cooperations (B2B) in Kvarner and Istria region

Development of individual customer solutions

Creation of renting offers and contracts

Support and training of retail partners

Maintaining your network and representing the company

Constantly monitoring the regional market situation

Being responsible for a positive business development

 

Your foundation

 

Business College and some years of professional experience with active B2B customer contact, especially in the service sector

Experience in the renting and financial services sector is an advantage

High number affinity, basic knowledge in the annual financial statements analysis

Distinctive customer and service orientation as well as sales strength in recognizing customer potential

Strong communication skills and pleasure to deal with people

Very well-organized and goal-oriented way of working

Enforcement and negotiating skills

Very good MS-Office skills

Fluent in English, German is beneficial

Driving licence class B
