Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Worker to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring that food preparation and cleanliness standards are met. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of meals by chopping vegetables, preparing ingredients, and assembling dishes according to recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Support chefs and other kitchen staff with various tasks as needed, including stocking supplies and managing inventory.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, reporting any maintenance issues to management.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask under pressure.
• Must be able to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods.
