We are entering a critical growth phase focused on owning the customer relationship, increasing repeat purchase, and building a scalable, high-value consumer base.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Lead to design and execute our retention engine.

This role will directly impact revenue by improving repeat purchase behavior, customer lifetime value, and engagement across all touchpoints.

This is not a maintenance role. This is a build-and-scale opportunity.

Primary Objective

Increase repeat purchase rate by:

- Capturing customer data across all channels events, retail, digital

- Building and launching automated lifecycle flows

- Creating segmentation and targeting strategies

- Establishing performance tracking and reporting

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and manage lifecycle marketing using Klaviyo

- Set up and optimize CRM infrastructure within HubSpot CRM

- Build and launch core flows:

- Welcome series

- Post-purchase journeys

- Event follow-up sequences

- Develop segmentation strategies VIP, retail, event-driven, collectors

- Partner with creative to ensure all communications reflect a luxury, premium brand

- Analyze performance and continuously optimize conversion and retention metrics

What Success Looks Like

Within 90 days:

- Fully operational CRM and lifecycle system

- All customer touchpoints connected and captured

- Automated flows driving measurable engagement

- Repeat purchase rate trending toward 10–15%

- Clear reporting on customer behavior and LTV

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 5–10+ years in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing

- Deep experience with Klaviyo and/or HubSpot

- Background in premium consumer, luxury, or DTC brands

- Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into action

- Builder mentality with ability to operate independently and move quickly

- Appreciation for brand, storytelling, and cultural positioning

Engagement Structure

- Open to: fractional, contract-to-hire, or full-time

- Immediate start preferred
