We help companies digitize and streamline operations through modern software systems, automations, integrations, and scalable internal processes.

We are looking for someone who does not just “do marketing,” but actively helps build and scale our entire go-to-market engine.

This role is heavily focused on execution, growth, positioning, lead generation, and turning real customer insights into scalable marketing systems.

Tasks

Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, visibility, and inbound lead generation

Conduct keyword research and build SEO-focused landing pages and content structures

Optimize the company website regarding conversion rates, user experience, messaging, positioning, and lead flow

Create and improve B2B marketing funnels for inbound and outbound lead generation

Build and optimize LinkedIn outbound acquisition systems and outreach campaigns

Support founder branding and prepare LinkedIn posts, educational content, and campaign ideas

Analyze discovery calls, sales calls, and customer meetings to identify customer pain points, objections, and recurring business challenges

Transform sales learnings into scalable content assets such as:

- LinkedIn posts,
- SEO articles,
- landing pages,
- YouTube concepts,
- case studies,
- lead magnets,

Prepare and structure YouTube scripts and educational B2B content

Research industry trends, competitor positioning, and growth opportunities

Work closely with sales and product teams to improve lead quality and messaging

Support marketing automation initiatives and AI-supported workflows

Optionally edit short-form video content and create content snippets for social media and YouTube

Continuously analyze marketing performance and identify optimization opportunities across campaigns and funnels

Requirements

Experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or B2B marketing

Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and lead generation

Excellent written and verbal English skills (German is a plus)

Strong communication and analytical thinking skills

Ability to understand complex business processes and explain them in a simple and structured way

Experience with LinkedIn outreach, personal branding, or outbound campaigns is a plus

Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, or AI tools is highly appreciated

Strong ownership mentality and self-driven work style

Ability to work independently and execute quickly in a fast-moving environment

Structured, organized, and performance-oriented mindset

Interest in automation, AI, SaaS, and operational business systems

Experience with video editing, YouTube content, or short-form content creation is a plus

Ability to derive actionable marketing insights from customer conversations and sales processes

Comfortable working directly with founders and cross-functional teams
